Human Resources Development Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of human capital within the Company. This position oversees various HR functions aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive work culture conducive to the company's success.

Job Profile:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals within the finance and advisory industry.
  • Conduct interviews, access candidates, and collaborate with various agencies to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new recruitments.
  • Ensure and maintain the Training schedule for all employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Performance Management:
  • Administer performance appraisal processes and guide managers on performance evaluation and goal-setting.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
